> **JP Morgan's private bank** unit has introduced **Ayesha Parra** as managing director in its global alternative investment solutions business, heading up the New York region and its dedicated specialists team.

Parra arrives after overseeing global alternatives at **Russell Investments** and nearly two decades at **Goldman Sachs**, where she worked with GSAM as a commodities portfolio manager and on GP stakes as part of its Petershill team. She is a London School of Economics graduate.

The alts practise she joins tailors solutions across private equity, private credit, real assets, and hedge funds, claiming **$227 billion** in global client commitments.
